What makes CLR different?

Triple Class I access at SRN (only operator in the region with BNSF, UP, and CPKC), 24-hour railcar interchange guarantee vs. industry standard 48-72 hours, and zero turnover in field operations.

 

Where are your facilities located?

Three Texas facilities: County Line Industrial Park (CLIP) in Mont Belvieu, Sabine River & Northern Railroad (SRN) in the Golden Triangle region, and Silsbee Yard (north of Beaumont). Our growing national footprint includes strategic expansion opportunities across key U.S. markets.

 

How quickly can you interchange my railcars?

Within 24 hours of billing at all facilities---significantly faster than the industry standard of 48-72 hours.

 

What types of commodities can you handle?

Petrochemicals, plastics, NGLs (propane, butane, gas liquids), bulk commodities, steel, manufactured goods, hazardous and non-hazardous materials, containerized freight, pipe, and oversized high-wide loads. Both liquid and dry bulk transloading.

 

Can you handle hazardous materials?

Absolutely. All facilities are certified with proper safety protocols, trained personnel, and full FRA and PHMSA compliance.

 

Do you offer both short-term and long-term storage?

Yes. From short-term staging (days to weeks) to long-term storage (six months or more). 2,300+ spots across three facilities. As our footprint expands, so does our capacity---contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

What is triple Class I access and why does it matter?

Direct connectivity to BNSF, Union Pacific, and CPKC. Benefits: more routing options = better freight rates, redundancy during service disruptions, flexibility to choose optimal carrier for each shipment, and negotiating leverage. Our SRN facility is the only triple-served location in the Golden Triangle region.

Industry-leading: zero turnover in field operations, accident rates well below industry averages, strict FRA compliance, comprehensive training programs, and regular equipment inspections. Every team member has authority to stop work if they see a safety concern.

 

Do you offer build-to-suit options?

Yes. We develop custom rail-served facilities meeting your specific requirements. Significant acreage available at all three Texas facilities (400+ acres at CLIP, 300 at SRN, 350 at Silsbee) with flexibility to customize without geographic constraints.
