Ben Brosseau
Chief Executive Officer
Ben Brosseau is the founder and CEO of CLR. Over the past four years, Ben has led the development of four rail infrastructure assets, positioning CLR in industrial rail investment and operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, with responsibility for over $5 billion in projects across multifamily and industrial asset classes. Prior to founding CLR, he served as Vice President of Real Estate Investments at Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT), where he led the development of over 2,800 units representing approximately $1.1 billion of invested capital.
Ben's experience in institutional real estate has proven invaluable in identifying undervalued rail assets, structuring acquisitions, and developing facilities that create lasting value. He holds a master's degree in real estate from the University of San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in business and history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Brent Hall
Chief Operations Officer
Brent Hall manages CLR's daily operations as Chief Operations Officer and FRA-certified engineer and conductor. A Houston native with nearly 30 years of railroad experience, Brent has worked in diverse roles including Conductor, Site Switching Supervisor, and Terminal Trainmaster at BNSF Railway, Canadian Pacific, PSC and West Texas Transloading.At CLR, Brent oversees all rail switching operations, coordinating transloading activities, working with Class I railroads, and managing switch crews. His combination of operational expertise and customer focus ensures CLR delivers on its service commitments day after day.

Bryan Boaz
Chief Commercial Officer
Bryan Boaz leads CLR's growth strategy as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing sales and marketing across the company's freight, transload, and storage network. Prior to County Line Rail, Bryan led ExxonMobil's Gulf Coast Rail Operations and Canadian Asset Operations, with oversight for over 100 agreements for railcar switching, storage, and transloading across North America. He successfully navigated major service disruptions including hurricanes, mainline outages, labor shortages, and the COVID-19 pandemic by utilizing his railroad network knowledge to preemptively re-route shipments. His career includes roles at Enbridge Energy and Kansas City Southern Railroad (KCS), where he rose from conductor through operational ranks to Director of International Business Development, interfacing with C-suite leadership.

Bryan is widely recognized as a subject matter expert in rail strategy and operations across the North American rail network. In 2023, he was appointed to the U.S. Surface Transportation Board's RETAC Committee and previously chaired the American Petroleum Institute's (API) Rail Subcommittee for over 10 years. A multi-generational railroader, his family previously worked as engineers and conductors for Cotton Belt, Santa Fe, and the L&N. Bryan received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Baylor University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Jake Rucker
Vice President, Real Estate
Jake Rucker serves as VP of Finance and Real Estate at CLR, managing financial operations and real estate endeavors including development pipeline oversight, acquisition pursuits, capital planning, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining CLR, Jake served as an Acquisitions Associate for JRK Investors, where he sourced and evaluated investments for two discretionary funds with $3.5 billion in purchasing power.
Jake's background in institutional real estate brings financial discipline and analytical rigor to CLR's growth strategy, ensuring disciplined capital allocation across the expanding platform. He holds a B.A. in economics from UCLA.

Jake Albright
Director of Business Development and Customer Relations
Jake Albright leads CLR's sales, marketing, and business development efforts as Director of Business Development and Customer Relations. He brings 24 years of railroad industry experience, beginning his career with Rescar before spending seven years with PSC as Senior Level Operations Manager responsible for railcar switching, liquids loading, bulk loading, warehouse logistics, and dock operations for several major customers with over 200 field employees.
Jake spent a decade with USD Group leading operations and business development for two Gulf Coast rail terminals, generating over $60 million in annual revenue while commercializing greenfield developments along the Houston Ship Channel. Most recently, he led business development at USA Rail Terminals, generating over $10 million in new revenue. His deep relationships in the Gulf Coast rail industry and proven commercial track record make him a key driver of CLR's growth strategy.

Jay Kennedy
Director of Real Estate
Jay Kennedy serves as Director of Real Estate for CLR, responsible for evaluating development opportunities, site selection, property acquisitions, and ensuring CLR's real estate assets deliver optimal value. Prior to joining County Line Rail, Jay served as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser specializing in industrial, office, and mixed-use properties. He holds a B.B.A. in real estate and entrepreneurship from Baylor University.

Will Myers
Director of Asset Management
Will Myers oversees financial management and reporting across CLR's portfolio as Director of Asset Management. Prior to joining CLR, Will served as Vice President of Asset Management for JRK Property Holdings, managing a portfolio of over 2,200 units. His experience in institutional asset management ensures CLR maintains rigorous financial controls and disciplined capital allocation. Will holds a B.A. in business with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Colorado - Boulder.

Dillon Schroeder
Construction Project Manager
Dillon Schroeder oversees construction planning and cost management for CLR's rail infrastructure projects as Construction Project Manager. Prior to joining CLR, Dillon served as Construction Project Manager for GT Leach Constructors LLC. His ability to manage complex projects on time and on budget is crucial as CLR adds 2-3 facilities annually. Dillon holds a B.A. in construction science from East Texas A&M University.
